Improve, Innovate and Inspire: "The Power of Two - A Mentoring Program for Women in Construction"

The Oregon Chapters have combined their resources to develop a mentoring program for all Women in Construction throughout the state. The goal is to enhance the success of all women in the construction industry, by making NAWIC an accessible resource for valuable mentoring relationships. We want to become Oregons' resource to connect women in the construction industry seeking a mentoring relationship(s) to other women who want to share their knowledge and experience. NAWIC membership is not required to participate in the mentoring program.
